Privacy Policy
We built Mungol AI to work entirely within your own tools — your prompts go directly to Anthropic, your API key stays on your machine. Mungol Studio never sees either.
Effective date: June 6, 2026
The short version: Mungol AI does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, prompts, or API keys to Mungol servers. Your API key lives only in your local Unreal Engine editor config file.
1. Who We Are
Mungol AI is a product of Mungol Studio, an independent game tools company based in Mongolia. We make the Mungol AI plugin for Unreal Engine 5, sold through the Fab marketplace and directly at ai.mungol.com.

2. Data We Collect — Website Visitors
The ai.mungol.com website is a fully static site. We do not:
- Set cookies of any kind
- Run analytics or tracking scripts
- Collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or any personally identifiable information
- Use third-party advertising or retargeting
If you send us an email at hello@mungol.com, we receive and store that email. We use it only to reply to you.
3. Data We Collect — Plugin Users
Mungol Studio collects nothing from plugin users. The plugin runs entirely inside your local Unreal Engine editor.
- Your Anthropic API key is stored only in your local UE5 editor config file (EditorPerProjectUserSettings.ini). It is never transmitted to Mungol servers.
- Your chat messages, prompts, level names, actor names, and Blueprint node data are sent directly from your editor to the Anthropic API. Mungol servers are not in this path.
- We have no telemetry, crash reporting, or usage analytics in the plugin.
4. Third-Party Services
Anthropic
Mungol AI sends your messages and editor context directly to the Anthropic API (api.anthropic.com) to generate AI responses. This data is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. By default, Anthropic does not use API inputs to train models, but review their policy for current details.
Fab Marketplace (Epic Games)
Purchases made through fab.com are handled entirely by Epic Games. Mungol Studio receives purchase confirmation but not your payment details. Epic's privacy policy applies to that transaction.
5. Data Retention
Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete. If you email us and want your correspondence removed from our inbox, contact hello@mungol.com and we will delete it.
6. Children's Privacy
Mungol AI is a professional developer tool. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we hold no personal data other than emails you send us directly, the practical scope of these rights is narrow. Contact hello@mungol.com for any requests.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the plugin or website after changes constitutes acceptance.
